When we lost our longtime protein supplier at GutWell, I didn’t want just another protein powder.

I wanted something better.

As a board-certified gastroenterologist practicing functional medicine, I recommend protein daily for muscle preservation, blood sugar balance, metabolic health, and longevity. But as a mom, my standards are even higher.

But when I looked at most protein powders on the market, I couldn’t ignore what I was seeing:
