Payment
We are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of booking and includes the full cost of the laboratory testing, as well as 50% of the Signature Consultation or Concierge Program fee. This payment is nonrefundable. The remaining balance for the consultation is due at the time of your first visit.
Dr. Mitchell is not a participating Medicare provider. If laboratory testing is ordered, it is the patient's responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance provider, as coverage and reimbursement may vary.
We accept cash, check, debit card, HSA/FSA, and credit cards. A 2% surcharge applies to credit-card payments. There is no processing fee for cash, check, or debit-card payments.

In-State Cost: $1000 (includes $250 in labs)
Out of State Cost: $1800 (includes $250 in labs)
Concierge Program
In-State Cost: $2,500 per month (includes the initial labs)
Out of State Cost: $4,500 per month ( includes the initial labs)
Medical Weight Loss
Initial Month Cost: $600
Ongoing Monthly Program Cost: $400

What’s Included:
- 15 minute intake with the nurse to determine if pretesting is necessary (additional testing is an out of pocket cost)
-2 hour initial appointment with Dr. Mitchell in Colorado Springs office
-Detailed review of lab work, full health history
-Development of personalized treatment plan
-Follow up on pretesting that was ordered
