Payment
We are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of booking which includes the full amount of the laboratory costs and 50% of the Signature Consultation or the Concierge Program fee. The remaining balance for the services is collected at the time of the first visit.
Dr. Mitchell is not a Medicare provider, and therefore, if testing is ordered, it is the patient’s responsibility to confirm coverage with their respective insurance provider.
We accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards.

Signature Consultation
In-State Cost: $1000 (includes $250 in labs)
Out of State Cost: $1800 (includes $250 in labs)
Concierge Program
In-State Cost: $2,500 (includes $250 in labs) for 6 weeks
Out of State Cost: $3500 (including $250 in labs) for 6 weeks
Medical Weight Loss
Initial Month Cost: $600
Ongoing Monthly Program Cost: $400

- 15 minute intake with the nurse to determine if pretesting is necessary (additional testing is an out of pocket cost)
-2 hour initial appointment with Dr. Mitchell in Colorado Springs office
