Signature Consultation

Consultation with Dr. Mitchell includes: $750 (Does not include labs)

  • 10-15 minute intake with the nurse

  • 70-90 minute in-person visit with Dr. Mitchell

  • Analysis of previous health records

  • In-depth review of Signature New Patient Lab Panel done two weeks before the consultation. Click here for lab options: Pay out of pocket / Insurance.

  • Focused physical exam (with rectal exam if indicated)

  • Body composition analysis of percent body fat, percent muscle, visceral fat, etc. (if indicated)

  • Development of treatment plan including supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle changes

  • If indicated, medications and/or referrals for Cardiac Screenings, DEXA Scans, Functional Medicine Studies, Colonoscopy, Upper Endoscopy, etc.
